Top Ten Social Distancing Activities

Having a break from school is nice, but being stuck inside our houses… not so much.

Here are ten things that you can do while practicing social distancing. It may seem hard and we all feel selfish and want to continue to go out but it is important to prioritize your own health and the health of those around you.

  1. Netflix- obviously
  2. Read
  3. Cook or Bake- now is the time to finally try to make the stuff from the countless youtube tutorials you’ve watched but never followed
  4. Workout- you can workout from the comfort of your own home which can actually be pretty fun and effective also just because your spring break plans have been canceled doesn’t mean you still can’t get in shape ( you can also try out something new like yoga)
  5. Do all the things you “never have time to do”
  6. Journal- reflect upon your own life and the things happening around you
  7. Spend time with your family- you’re being quarantined with them so you might as well hang out with your siblings
  8. Sleep- It’s the perfect time to destress and catch up on some needed  rest that your school alarm ruins
  9. Clean and revamp your space
  10. Go outside- take a walk, ride your bike, or just enjoy the sunshine even if your normally an indoors person anyways
