Here’s a gallery of some of our favorite pictures from the SMHS Homecoming Parade:

The homecoming court rides in the parade as an SMHS tradition.

Haylee Houser and Sam Marshall later won homecoming queen and king.

The SMHS Marching Band performed pep songs in the parade.

Marlowe Elementary hosted quite a creative float based on the theme Athena’s Palace.

Members of the youth Cardinal football team marched.

Students from Potomac Intermediate school dressed for the theme as well.

The SMHS Cheerleaders greeted parade viewers.

The Fusion Dance team showed their coordination by marching while dancing.

Mr. Omerzo from Potomac Intermediate marched with his daughter.

Rotary embraced the homecoming theme, and Josalyn Junkin dressed as a Greek goddess.

Spanish Club rocked the parade with Day of the Dead attire.

Diversity Club showed their love for all demographics.

All ages of cheerleaders marched in the parade.

FFA brought up the end of the parade with their Greek-themed float.

FFA kept up the SMHS tradition of including horses in the homecoming parade.
